Because it is **** easy to pass a polygraph, thats why. As for advantages of using, anyone who doesn't think it's a benefit has obviously never done a course.:deal

He admitted to taking steroids. There is no assumption there. It's all about whether or not he took them knowingly. All signs point to yes. Once again, why would Conte lie? What does he have to gain by lying of Shane?

I hate to say it, and I love baseball as well and have thought this regarding that sport too, but anyone who thinks that these elite athletes at the peak of their game--who moniter every single item of food, drink, supplement that goes into their body--could possibly not know what their trainer was giving them is pretty naive. That goes double for a boxer who needs to weigh a precise amount. It's inconceivable that a trainer would say "here, take this" and they would just do it without even knowing what it was. I'm not a professional athlete and there's no way I'd just take something from a trainer without knowing what it was.

And if somehow he did take something without asking what it was (which he didn't), well this is a sport that has banned substances; as a boxer you know full well there are certain things you can't take, if you took it because you didn't ask, that's your fault.

    Fact:

If Shane did not know he was being given steroids he could sue Conte for battery and defamation.

I haven't read the rules so can't say for certain, but I imagine that's in the rulebook.

If you want to believe a convicted felon trying to save his ass, cut deals and sell a book, be my guest. I'll take Mosley's word over his.

What about the lab results, do you trust Mosley over them? Conte has already been to jail, he doesn't need to save his ass. Also, he has tons of clients. Many of which we know were knowingly taking steroids. He could fill up a whole book with these athletes. For what reason would he need to lie about Mosley? Marion Jones also tried to claim Conte was lying about her. She had a good guy image just like Mosley. We all know how that turned out.

The courts will sort all of this out. Shane is good at blaming others for his mistakes. Just like when he blamed Popa Mosley and fired him when he took a couple of "L's"
