No. Pac didn't duck mosley. Pac knows he'd beat the **** out of mosley at 140 and he didn't want that to happen to an atg. Mosley still can have 2 or 3 more fights left in him if he stays away from pac. Just look at dela hoya and hatton. Retired right away after getting a taste of pacs power.

Before, you criticized pac by saying he's fighting old, past prime, drained shot fighters. Now that he's fighting a formidable, young & prime fighter (cotto who beat SSM) you instead wanted to fight him the old SSM that would probably drained to death @ 140???

It's just his way of discrediting whatever pac achieve and what will pac achieve because he is a pure pac hater

 

you cant go wrong with either mosley or cotto. then wne t with cotto because there more money invovled. and pac and his people know he matches up better with cotto. especialy after mosley destroyed margo. but that was at 147. 140 maybe a different story.

of course they ducked Mosley, that is clear as a bell they had pretty much everything they wanted in a fight with Mosley, had Shane agreed to carrying Pac for a few rounds they might have taken the fight.

it's funny how the boxing world turns. last year, if someone mentioned pac and mosley in the same breath, mosley fans would prolly say "mosley going to kill that midget" or something. now pacquiao is ducking mosley.

well to answer the thread, yes TEAM Pacquiao ducked Mosley. i dunno if Pacquiao said himself that he did not want to fight mosley, but his team made a choice not to fight mosley because they'd rather fight cotto.

now if pac chose mosley at 140. people will again say that pac pussied out on cotto at 145. that's just how it goes i guess.

all i can say is that at least pac signed to fight cotto even at 145. the self-proclaimed best boxer in the world is fighting a lightweight champ at a guess-weight, which could be very well be near 145.

Yes, but Team Pacquiao went with a solid fighter that beat Mosley in Cotto, and an easier option. I think Pacquiao is going to roll through Cotto yet Pacquiao would get by Mosley. It's simply money and risk/reward.
