took 4 rounds with 1 arm... and hurt him. thinking about this, a healthy Pac would've been he ll for Floyd. He would've at least thrown north of 600 punches and attacked more. Pacquiao always said that the plan was to throw lots of punches, what happened? Initially i was extremely disappointed but now, with this news or this significant tear, we can explain it.
Its east to throw lots of punches at a guy like Clottey who literally stands there with his hands up. Not so easy against a guy like Floyd who moves and goves you awkward angles
round 4... Pac unsleading a flurry and then, by his own admission, stopped cause he started feeling pain. I don't think he could've thrown 1,200 punches vs floyd but 430? that's a joke.
Pac was fighting mayweather with a torn rotator cuff no matter what anyone says this is a fact he is due to go to surgery and will be out for a year that was how bad it was let me ask you this STB Does a torn rotator cuff effect your performance?
He unleashed flurries everytime Floyd laid against the ropes and covered up. Where were these flurries in the first 3 rounds when he shoulder was apparently fine?
mayweather said himself he couldn't walk down pac because that's how he beats people up so he must of felts something from pac Pac was fighting mayweather with a torn rotator cuff no matter what anyone says this is a fact he is due to go to surgery and will be out for a year that was how bad it was let me ask you this alex Does a torn rotator cuff effect your performance?
he did, look up in youtube, as soon as fight started, he started walking Canelo down and Canelo backing up.
If pac got injured IN the fight than that's different but he was injured GOING into the fight and the injury got worse
Exactly, why do people negate, the height, reach and movement of Floyd? in the centre of the ring, Pac could do nothing, because Floyd controlled the distance perfectly. Pac was never in a position to throw combinations. If he did, he would be hitting air, or would have to reach, and that would leave him open. His feet were slower than Floyd's too, so couldn't close that distance quick enough. When Pac tried to push Floyd to the ropes, he help him and stuffed his attack. Basically apart from a few occasions where Pac landed a significant punch, Mayweather pretty much had an answer for everything he did.
again, the size differential in terms of strength was nonexistent. I heard so much garbage about how HUGE Floyd is compared to Pac, how he was gonna smother him, beat him up and knock him out. What we saw was a very cautious, scared Mayweather who was walked down by Pacquiao for almost the entire fight. I also noticed how the height discrepancy didn't look nearly as bad as when they had faced off before, was Floyd wearing some shoes that made him look taller before? Just prior to action starting, they almost looked same height! Floyd taller but nothing like he looked during face offs. Pac looked muscular and thick too, Floyd simply didn't look stronger. obvioulsy he had a reach advantage and this helped him using his jab, that's it. Aside from this, i just didn't see Floyd as being the ******, stronger man... just longer.
You went from being a gracious, logical poster right after the fight to a full-blown pact**d in two days. There is now no distinction between you and boxing_master and that's sad.
