Holmes fought in a different era. Everyone knew who the best HW was when Holmes was champion. He stayed in one division and there were only two belts at that point. He beat the wbc champ and he fought the wba champ just not for the belt.

Wahid is im a division where noone knows who the best fighter is. Where they all need to face each other.

But the problem is, if Wahid fights the best the knockouts will stop and that's his market.

Floyd never said he was not ready only said as Tank was the youngest world champion they were going to take their time. Why rush him into a fight with Loma who was with Top Rank on the other side of the street. Now when Tank wants to fight Loma he has gone MIA.
