****in awful. almost as bad as skelton - sprott. with moore moving up to middleweight and rhodes leaving the domestic scene, the light middleweight division is pretty horrible.

You haven't lived long enough then. Seriously though, I thought it might be even worse than that. At least for the first seven rounds they weren't welded together. Nelson-DeLeon is probably the worst high level fight I've ever seen.
Yes thats it, let all the badness out.:deal I have to admit to a bit of a porky: Even though I started up the round-by-round thread I actually had no access to watching the fight So, tell me, was it really as bad as Klit-Ibragimov?:think
I still blame that fight for sky cutting back on their US Boxing. It probably didn't but it can't have helped. At least with Wlad v Ibragimov they were unifying the titles, and Wlad is a decent fighter. It was dire, mind. This was Small, who is like Mayweather except he gets hit and doesn't punch often against McDonagh who was ****, really.
It was f*cking repulsive viewing....made even worse by having 'Magic' Matthew Hattons ugly bright white mug in view constantly.
Not that bad but it was bad. I don't know what was worse Smalls shitting Witter & RJJ impressions or McDonaghs holding and Small flapping about like a fish. They were spread out quiet evenly through the fight so each round was as **** as the other :good
It was an unforgettable fight. You know it. http://news.boxrec.com/news/2009/small-very-very-poor-wins-utterly-dreadful-contest
Christ I watched round 9 of Wladimir K versus Chagaev and that constitued more then a whole bad fight worth of boringness. The worst bit is that it was labelled a 'KO' video.
