"10 MILLION DOLLAR PENALTY WAS NEVER ASKED FOR BY MANNY'S PREVIOUS OPPONENTS...WHY SHOULD THEY BE ASKING FOR THAT NOW? THEY SHOULD HAVE JUST WENT WITH THE NEVADA STATE ATHLETIC COMMISSION'S RULES FOR COMING IN OVER WEIGHT..WHY SHOULD FLOYD GO ALONG WITH SOMETHING DICTATED AND REQUESTED BY MANNY?"

THE BOTTOM LINE IS UR STILL NOT LOOKING BEYOND "FLOYD'S DEMAND"...THIS FIGHT IS BIGGER THAN BOTH FIGHTERS AND MANNY OWE'S IT TO EVERYONE TO TAKE THE STUPID DRUG TESTS AND PASS THEM SO THIS FIGHT COULD BE GOING...IT DOESN'T MATTER THAT "40 PREVIOUS OPPONENTS DIDN'T TEST"...WHAT MATTERS IS THAT MANNY IS CLEAN AND HE GOES ALONG WITH THE RANDOM BLOOD TESTING AS HIS OPPOENT WOULD DO...

PLEASE STOP CUZ U KEEP GETTIN OWNED OL BOI:deal:hi:

    :plzdie

OK...But the hole in your argument is that MANNY AGREED TO THE TESTING ON DEC 13TH...THERE IS A VIDEO OF ROACH SAYING THEY AGREE...THAN COME DEC 22ND EVERYTHIN IS OFF BECAUSE OF THE DRUG TESTING...FLOYD WAS FINE WITH EVERYTHING UP UNTIL THEY CHANGED IT DEC 22ND..THIS SHOWS THAT FLOYD WAS TRYING TO GET THE FIGHT...HE DIDN'T KNOW THEY WERE GONNA OBJECT TO THE TESTING NOR DID HE HAVE ANY WAY OF KNOWING...IF MANNY STAYED ON COURSE AND EVERYTHING STAYED THE SAME BEFORE THEY DENIED THE TESTING THAN WE WOULDNT HAVE THIS **** GOING ON RIGHT NOW:hat

See the problem of this was accusations where made prior to demanding change of testing procedure... if changes of drug testing would have been done before asking Pac, i dont see how it would have been a big deal. You can't destroy other peoples life's worth of work for a simple " I think " Though coming from a man that hardley does any thinking. ( Floyd Sr. ) This whole thing had no plan, No back bone, just stupid mistake for Floyd Sr. and even worst mistake for GBP for giving support to these allegations...So now instead Manny making 40M from the fight , he gains 40M + couple more from mayweather camp, GBP, and gets his dignitiy back and more...

Manny camp probly heard the accusation then....you have to remember accusations Floyd Sr. made was not on main stream media ,but on a small dot .com internet radio..

If floyd really wanted out of the fight he cud have just refused to except the 1 million dollar fine for every pound he is over the weight. Its pacs fault after all floyd has to take the same blood tests.

Fixed. Now that is something to ***** about. How unprecedented is that. NSAC did not demand this. Is this in their policy? Or is this one fighter dictating the rules and even the mother****ing penalties. Floyd wants a blood test to insure fair play and Manny wants to apply his own penalties..lol If Floyd dont make the weight let the NSAC and the boxing commisions handle it. I guess there is just flexibility to what is allowed just like say an outsourced steroid test.

those kind of clauses are common stuff. Its not unprecedented at all. There was one for the Flyod's last fight too. The only thing that changed is the size of the penalty.

300k to 10 million. .. .. I dont know how you want to define unprecedented but to a normal mother****er that seems to fit in this scenario. Of course fines are normal.. but 10 million dollar per pound penalties are unprecedented.

Well if he makes weight, which he obviously must now, then who cares?

the size of the penalty is bigger than before, but that type of penalty is very common

  13. Correct me if I'm wrong... but they didn't even get to the purse split stage of negotiations, did they?

So to say everything would be fine if Pac just said yes, is ridiculous.

They would simply move on to the next stage of negotiations, and create a **** storm with the purse split.

"Floyd's ducking if he doesn't accept 50/50" "No Pac's ducking" etc. etc. etc.

Did 300k deter Mayweather from breaking the contract? Because if memory serves correct, it did not.

... because somehow I suspect they knew that Pacquiao would never agree to have blood drawn out of him very close to the fight.
