And Floyd still tried to get the fight done...HE CAN LISTEN TO ADVISE FROM THOSE HE TRUSTS BUT IT DONT MEAN HE HAVE TO TAKE THE ADVICE

Guarantee a cut off date - NOPE
NFL, MLB, NBA drug testings agencies - NOPE
    Independent agency - NOPE

    Then they start backtracking. :huh

    Schaefer

FH: If there was a third party involved or hired to do the blood-testing, who or what would it be?

Schaefer: I have some suggestions. One of which was actually the one which Top Rank had recommended, which is the agency that does the NFL and Major League Baseball [The National Center for Drug Free Sports, based in Kansas City, Mo.] The problem is they only do urine.

But I'm sure that if they do urine, they could probably retain someone else to do the blood testing as well. If it would be that agency, that would be okay with us as long as it's random, it's urine, it's blood, and it is cut off at a date prior to the fight which maintains the integrity of the tests.

Wonder why they didn't accept it the first time. :huh

    Schaefer

"We are OK to move off USADA," Golden Boy Promotions CEO Richard Schaefer, who is representing Mayweather, told ESPN.com. "What we're saying, and what is important to us, is four things -- that the tests be random, that they include blood and urine and the time frame, meaning when do you stop the tests before the fight but know they will still be effective. Three of them we have agreed on -- random, blood and urine. So now it is a matter of the two sides working out the specifics of the cutoff date to assure it will still be effective."

    Arum

“Schaefer is making it up,” Arum said without hesitation.
    ...
“It is not true, it is just not true. He is making this up now because he looks bad. He is making this up because he is trying to justify it to Mayweather. Let’s see if he can justify it to Mayweather why this fight is now dead.”

Isn't the issue here, the "RANDOM" blood test? And has it been "AGREED" upon? :huh

    ******************************************************************

    Schaefer

"Now that I've learned more about this, boxing now will have an outspoken advocate for blood testing in the sport," Schaefer said. "I plan to ask Nevada to have Travis Tygart explain why blood tests are necessary. This is not about hitting a baseball, throwing a football or hitting a puck. This is a sport that's mano-a-mano, with guys hitting each other's heads. It's important that the strongest testing possible is in place."

    Arum

"No. 2, we would agree to take the blood test in January within 30 days of the fight and any other random blood tests that the Nevada State Athletic Commission elected to do without a timeline," said Arum. "We're so confident that the Nevada Commission would do the right thing that we don't have to put a timeline in there."

    Kizer

GL: As of now have any petitions been filed?

    KK: "No."

    :huh

how about the hard-line "non-negotiable USADA" stand? and floyd seems to be contented with all of this happening in the media. pacquiao would not be forced to bow down to all this mayweather demands using media as a tool.

It was well known that blood was drawn from Pac very close to his fight when he lost to Morales. After the fight Freddie vowed to not let this happen again.

I hate the guy but i dont see how he could possibly know that Pac wouldnt accept to take those tests,so to answer your question no i dont think he planned all of this to duck pac and fight someone else specially when you consider the amount of money he would lose by fighting someone else other than Pac and we all know how much he loves money.

LOL. This pretty much defines your credibility. I at least respect that you admit that you are a hater. Its sad though. Have you ever met May personally, has he ever done anything to you?

why would pacman take the damn test?? if he does he gets weakened and loses but gets the $40M; while floyd wins earns the legacy gets, $40M plus future $$$; makes sense why pac sues the *** and says no to "random (day-before)" blood extraction

Yeah I mean a little bit of blood lose really makes a fighter weak. Get real. Pacman has already been told they can have a cut off date just not the 30 days that he wants.
