It seemed like the ref was taking a ridiculous amount of time to separate the two fighters in the first two rounds when benn was clearly out of it. Now, maybe that doesn't change the outcome of the fight, but then again maybe it does. What do you think?

Benn was out of it for some of the first round but not in the 2nd. The referee wasn't perfect but he wasn't as bad as some try to make out either. If McClellan had been all that good he'd have still won despite the referee is the way I see it.

I'm no Nigel Benn fan but it is a shame that certain people still to this day are trying to cast doubts over that win.

i thikn benn could of been out of there in the 1st.

but mcClellen didnt help himself by goign behind his back when they broke up becuase as the ref stepped back he walked into the way of Gerald.

also when G was knocked down the ref did the sam eexact thign to benn so swings and round abouts really.

McClellen wasn't listening to the referee and staying in the neutral corner - so that caused more delays.

It wasn't just one time, but several.
