Strange TKO. I have seen quite a few other fights continue after such exchanges. Anybody know the referee's interpretation of the rules?

If turning your back automatically causes a stoppage, Price's chances on winning against Povetkin will be reduced by a factor 10.

Like the Brits have shown over the last decades, early and bogus stoppages are an easy way to give your countryman the win and by KO too... nothing has ever been done against it.

I can see turning the back to the opponent as a sign of submission.

However, I can also see the argument, if I get pushed out of the ring I don't want to break my neck.

Bad stoppage but Schwartz who I never been high on looked pretty good here.

I'd like to see him commit to that stiff jab more than that poor pushing jab that he uses as a range finder for the right hand. He's definitely got a decent jab and it would serve him well if he were to use it more efficiently. That and he needs to be more careful with how he exits/resets from exchanges(leaves himself very vulnerable) a good coach could probably turn him into a solid European maybe fringe world guy.

I'm confused, how is that a bad or even questionable stoppage? Dude was slumped over the corner turnbuckle for a full second or two with Schwarz wailing on the back of his neck & head. That is as over as it gets. You kids need to stop expecting fights to resemble video games.
