Was the stoppage legit (Froch/Taylor)?

Yes it was a legit stoppage. Taylor didn't have any defense nor was he trying to tie up Froch. It was inevitable he was going to get KOd.

totally legit. Jermain went down real hard off the knock down and then bairly made it to his feet. I actually ran out of the room because I thought that the fight was over...had to come back but the stoppage was inevitable once Froch had him going.

 

Legit stoppage, he wasn't ktfo, but definitely out on his feet and takin big shots....rematch would be great

 

Legit all the way. The ref saved Taylor serious brain damage possibly. He had dropped his hands and had a glassy look in his eyes. Could have eaten a lot of punches in those last 14 seconds.

 

It was legit, any ****er who says Taylor should have been allowed to continue is an idiot.

 

Taylor was even looking at the floor for the last two or three shots, guy was done.
So near yet so far, legit stoppage.
