Absolutely. One great fight after another, back to back that delivered. Can't remember the last time boxing had a night like this. Adamek - Walker turned out to be a hell of a fight, action packed ending in a TKO. Matthyse - Ajose was a great, action packed fight that kept your eyes glued to the action as well, ending in a crushing KO, with Ajose still making it to his feet. Molina - Demarco - Surprise finish, crazy first round. Made little sense. But that was the appeal there. Then Ward - Dawson - Great fight, lots of build up to see what both fighters are made of, Ward completely dominated which was unexpected, to that extent anyways... at least to me. Loads of action tonight. Great great night.... or morning lol
Yes. Charr proved his haters wrong and showed that he was definetely no pushover, Klitschko did what he use to do which is okay, Chad Dawson did his best which wasn't enough and Andre Ward has never looked more like a knockout-fighter than he did tonight. It was a great night.
Between tonight and next saturday, stick a fork in MMA. Boxing is #1 ......UFC is a dying fad. Ward just made himself a superstar tonight.
Not for me. The Klitschko, Bellew, De Marco and Ward fights were all disappointing for one reason or another. I'll catch up with the fights I missed over the next day or 2.
I only watched Klitschko-Charr and Ward-Dawson, and I still need to watch Adamek-Walker. I don't follow any of those other guys
