Calzaghe's ability to take the punches he caught from Mikkel so well? he caught some big ones but not only those ones. For example, even when Kessler would land a stiff jab for and it wouldnt keep Calzaghe off him at all from what i can remember. Same with ever punch really--some really caught Joe well Calzaghe wasnt fazed one bit and keep ad******g and excecuted his offence. I doubt Ward can take Kessler's punches that well and keep that good a compusure without changing his game(probably for the worse). So basically, i can maybe see after a while, this being Kessler's fight and he dictates the fight. blanked out bit is a.d.j.u.s.t.i.n.g.
oh, no thoughts on this? Id have hoped for some before i go. Sadly i wont be able to watch the fight. Its on at like 4.30 am here in London and im planning to do something tomorrow. Before i fall asleep i wish a great fight and both fighters are Good afterwards. It should be pretty exciting and a great event
You dont fight toe to toe with Kessler,he's a strong guy but if you move you give him problems.Ward is a great fighter. He doesnt have as much experience but he moves and is more rounded than Kessler.Kessler sort of moves in straight lines and looks a bit slow. He's obviously the favourite but I would rather go with Ward.Maybe I'm biased towards boxers.
heres why...... Kessler fought absolute **** comp for 7-8 years.....(except for andrade, who while undefeated and very good, very unproven ) then fights the guy with the fastest hands in boxing at the time and great movement....and he simply cant handle a fighter like that...which is gonna be very similar tonight........kessler will not win.....much like tua will always be outboxed by any decent boxer...but people will see him knock the heads off cans and think gonna wear a green belt via 1 round KO
BARLEY and that aint saying much when kessler has fought 43 times, turninmg pro in 1998 and fought 2 guys that would be deemed a risk. 1 and 1 with those 2. Ward in 20 fights in 5 years is fight , is getting ready to fight his 2nd dangerous opponent. all in 20 fights. thats the difference dumbass, he could have taken kesslers **** path and fought **** for another 3 years and then step up....but after he schools the one dimensional kessler, it will all be moot :nono
