Have to take my hat of to him He showed tremendous character and heart to bounce back from the nature of the defeat he had. He worked hard in silence and came up with a brilliant game plan

I am shocked at how he was able to develop a back foot game in such a short amount of time. The game plan he had was perfect for Ruiz.

However my concerns over AJ's chin remain but its AJ's job to fight in a manner while protecting that chin

I think this is his best weight which allows him to dance all night without getting tired. This way he will be most effective against Fury and Wilder

Let me help you to keep this thread alive, mine is dying too, I know what it feels like. Lol

I think Joshua showed that he can adapt very very good to any opponent. This weight helped him to move a lot and keep gas until the end. He could need more weight for other types of fighters, but he definitively can adapt. Even apart from his weight, we saw changes in his style. He had some Klitschko moves going on. His leading hand was going up and down like Usyk and Lomachenko sometimes do. It's really interesting to see Joshua develope. Hard to say if he is in his prime yet or still adding a lot of new moves to find what suits him best.

The game plan was really perfect. And even more that Joshua could follow it over 12 rounds, needs a lot of concentration. On the other hand it was an expected gameplan, so it's also Ruiz to be blamed for not preparing for that. Everyone adviced Joshua to use his jab and stay on distance if he wants to win.

He looked scared everytime he was touched

He will be praying for Fury to beat Wilder, as I doubt he will want any part od Deontay

Aj looks scared every time he gets hit lol

I have no doubt he will be stopped again

Lets not pretend that Ruiz is not a 400lb plodding advert for diabetes and Joshua ran and looked terrifed of any exchanges

Wilder will have trouble against AJ if AJ boxes like this, but he will only have that dangerous punchers chance and he has the height, reach and feet to bridge the gap and land it

Maybe not best but smartest.. He knew he ****ed up in the first fight and made amends..

The fat blob on the other hand took too many swigs of his own kool aid so didn't bother to train or anything maybe..

Its pretty funny as ruiz totally underestimated AJ and had nothing to respond to..

AJ made him look like a fat plodder...
