Bakole looks 40 but he's nowhere near it. Yeah in a sense. Clearly not having the same gas tank played a role.
It looked like Beterbiev sensed he needed to take Bivol out early as he knew he didn't have the gas tank. 40 years old against a guy like Bivol is no joke. Imagine a 40 year old Bivol against 34 year old Beterbiev...not competitive.
He sure looks it And on boxrec it's 33, on most other sites it's 31, and a few others it's 32. So I don't think he's to be trusted with his age.
Not sure if it’s just me but I find Bakole looks kind of youthful, well as young as a Congolese guy in his early 30s could look. His hands are also too fast for someone in their late 30s or 40s.
