Haye was the favourite here...just like Chisora 1, Wlad, Wilder 1 and Wilder 2. Haye's a*se fell out and we never got to see this fight, although it not happening ultimately made the Wlad triumph even sweeter. Had Fury smashed Haye as was the overwhelmingly likelihood, people would have given Fury a good chance against Wlad and that would have taken a bit of the shine off.
Haye as a cruiserweight was great Haye as a heavyweight was one of the weakest heavyweight champions of all time. Absolutely **** himself against Wlad Fury retroactively defied underdog odds time and time again, he would have bullied Haye, boxed circles around him
Although Haye got Chisora out of there much faster, he was in much more trouble than Fury when he did. It was a war compared to Fury's sedate demolition of Chisora: never has del boy looked so helpless before or since. Fury would have got on top of 210 lbs suspect engine Haye and had him gassing out in 3 rounds. If Haye put Fury over Fury would have got up and killed him stone dead.
Fury was getting outboxed by Cunningham no reason that prime Haye couldn't have done it. 2013 Haye couldn't though
Prime example of one of Neets triangle theories in action right here, although he seems to have the opposite stance on this thread. It’s Almost as if he just makes up nonsense as he goes along.
If we're talking Fury from 2020, then no. Haye gets UD'd. If we're talking Fury from 2021, then Haye UD's.
WTF?! I shut this off after like ten minutes. These guys, Haye and Fury, they wanted to have like Ali-level charisma, but Ali actually didn't just repeat himself over and over and over again like this. That's on both of them too, no hate but damn.
