    What worries me is the serious lack of real technical boxing training in these joshua video,s. No wonder the level of skills declined so much over the years. They spend so much time building the body they seem to neglect the actual boxing training. No way you can do these sessions then concentrate for hours or give your best at the techical boxing stuff. Very impressive stuff all the same though.

    I think they try to strengthen the neck muscles to to help absorb the shock of the punch mate or something like that.

    This is why Joshua is winning, and why the Klitschko's kept winning and why Fury managed to pull a win out of the bag.

    6'8" heavyweights that train like beasts and come into the ring in tip top condition are almost unstoppable. They're carrying so much mass that all else being equal it becomes a war of attrition.

    Fury V Wlad is a great example. Wlad is more skilful, but he knew he couldn't follow Fury around for 12 rounds, so he put the foam in the ring to tire him out, banking on being able to out skill fury with him knackered and stood in front of him.
