    They were supposed to fight on different PPV stations on the same day in different arenas, not on the same card. And I don't think Tyson was there. He would have been spotted somehow.

    He was supposed to fight Mathis at the MGM Grand on free FOX TV on the same day of Bowe-Holyfield III at Caesars Palace. If the fight came off, the HBO guys wanted to make sure that their fight came after the free Tyson fight:
