spinks knock out the limited but huge and powerful gerry ****ey and gave holmes two good fights. plus, tyson himself always fought with fear, if not of his opponent(like spinks) than because of his own lack of confidence.

alot of people dont know this but Roonet missing from Tysons corner during the Bruno fight was meant to be.a one off, it was punishment for Rooney for speaking out against Tysons personal life (givens and her mum), and then after the one match suspension Tyson would have brought him back into the camp, however Rooney ill advisedly decided to sue Tyson during this period (probably to pay off how gambling habit), once Tyson got wind of the court case he basically said Rooney would never work in his corner again.

So there you have it, it was Rooney who caused the split not Tyson

Wow, for such a "mess" he sure did a great job with Tyson. Tyson's downfall can be traced to the moment he left Rooney and Bill Cayton. I guess you've forgotten the Douglas fight when Tyson's corner didn't even have an Endswell and used a condom filled with cold water on his swollen Eye. LOL.
