Was yesterday the pinnacle of biased commentary?

I mean Sky Sports are well known for being biased but yesterday was unbearable at times, every punch that Bellew missed with, Froch or Smith came out with stuff like "Lovely right hand by Tony", or when he got hit with 4 or 5 punches while moving his upperbody "Lovely upperbody movement by Tony"... but the worst one had to be "The longer this fight goes the more it suits Tony" :jump:

Nah cause at least Paulie was there to equal it out.

Yeah I remember he said something along the lines of "Stop trying to look for excuses to give Bellew rounds"

Yeah that was brillant when he shut em down by saying just cause he lands 2 punches at end of round don’t make it his haha.

Haye was the most biased I’ve ever heard him yesterday as well, it’s a standard for froch and smith to push agenda’s but Hayes usually alright tbh but not last night.

Yep Paulie put it straight a few times, in all fairness I think Froch and Haye were probably being influenced by the crowd more than anything...

So it's fair to say that Malignaggi won't be invited back by Sky after his disgraceful unbiased commentary?

You want to hear biased, listen to that assclown BJ Flores' commentary o the Glowacki-Vlasov/Briedis-Gevor card.

    It was actually nauseating.

flores is a worse commentator than he was a boxer. hard to cherry pick your way to being a good announcer.

Haye was bigging Bellew up because it makes him look better for losing twice to him, pretty simple to understand.

I understood it especially seeing as he said in an ifl interview couple days before that he wanted bellew to win so his losses to him looked better, but just cause I understand it doesn’t mean I have to agree with it or make excuse’s for him being overly biased mate.
