Remember how the US boxing fans criticized Wlad for handily beating a washed up, old version of Rahman? The same guys now praise Wilder for KOing an obese and completely out of shape 39 year old Stiverne.

The Rahman of 2008 would have mopped the floor with Stiverne last night.

Is he getting praised for last night?

Rahman would probably have beaten last nights Stiverne , but that Rahman isn't seeing past two rounds against Wilder. He took WK 7 rounds.

Wlad always chews his food properly before swallowing.

    "Would probably"

    Shut it you absolute muppet...

Rahman was light years above Stiverne in ability and resume.

Rahman Noodles would probably be undefeated if he fought everyone Wilder has faced. Shannon Briggs could have remained undefeated as well. WindMills has a lackluster resume.

We're talking about the shot to pieces version of Rahman that fought Wlad on two weeks notice.

But whats with a insults over a differing opinion to yours??? You come off like a beta , SJW type.

This is Wilder's first KO in under 5 rounds since he won the title. Against a completely spent force in Stiverne, Rahman getting stopped early is far from a given. As evidenced by all of the mediocre and chinny operators that have gone rounds in the last 3 years.

That goes without saying. TBH I think he schools any version of Stiverne.

Zellenoff would have beaten Stiverne last night. He would have punched Stiverne in face when they were supposed to touch gloves and then dashed around the ring until Stiverne could not catch his breath and fell to his knees for 3 or 4 minutes.

Stiverne put forth the most pathetic title performance I've seen, and I say that with no hyperbole. He made Bruce Seldon vs Tyson look like the ultimate badass.

So, I'm glad Wilder destroyed him and at least maximized the entertainment value of that farce. Maybe one of these days the old fro'd out Cryptkeeper that is Don King will run out of favors to call in from the WBC.

maybe not, that was a terrible rahman.

wilder is basically following the path laid down by klitchko until he unified and started losing back to back.
