Wasn't it confirmed that Pacs team informed USADA of his injury?

But the hold up was that they didn't inform the NSAC of the injury in a timely manner, at the weigh in, and NSAC said the USADA had no jurisdiction as far as approving a pain shot?

Well, with the revelation of Floyds self diagnosed dehydration and IV injection, didn't the NSAC show a bit of hypocrisy in how they handled this situation. It's amusing seeing Pac have surgery and people claim it was all fake, yet nobody aside from Floyd has diagnosed himself with dehydration and nobody wants to investigate any further into the policies of USADA and the NSAC.

There are two rule sets involved, NSAC and USADA (WADA). Both fighters have to clear both bodies' rules.

The pain shot has to be cleared by USADA to pass the anti-doping controls while still needing to be cleared by NSAC as they are the sanctioning body. To clarify, NSAC can impose penalties because they are THE sanctioning body. USADA actually has no authority in this because the fighters are under the governess of NSAC. However, both fighters agreed to also adhere to USADA control.

When USADA approved Pac for his pain shot, USADA should have forwarded that approval to NSAC and someone on Pac's team acting with due diligence should have also applied to NSAC as a CYA, cover your ass step. Though I'd presume that this was quite a complicated affair for his team since they are not well versed in anti-doping protocol. Regardless NSAC should have gotten info about the TUE from USADA unless USADA had other motives behind not disclosing their approval of Pac's pain shot.

At the end of the day NSAC got no advanced warning which seems really strange doesn't it? This would sort of explain the surprise by Team Pac when they went to administer the shot and were stopped.

Floyd knew he wouldn't be allowed it that's the only reason he signed.

Floyd has Usada in his pocket because he pays them so much.

Not as strange as Floyd being allowed an illegal dose of IV fluids on a self diagnosed dehydration condition that was administered in the privacy of his home while the NSAC had no clue.

Not as strange as USADA an agency who catches peds cheat saying Froid did nothing wrong. But what's even bigger is NSAC saying the same thing...I thought Mexico was worst at corruption but this over take them.

Funny how none of you hold Manny or his team responsible.

How the hell are you going to fill out a form saying you have no medical issues before your biggest fight of your career? Straight up checked NO and then signed your signature to validate it.

I bet they wish they could have signed in slow motion. Probably could have corrected it.
    Smh.

Did Floyd request a TUE from NSAC? Or was it by proxy via USADA?

And rightly so What they did was allow Mayweather to apply for a TUE for a saline drip of excessive amount FIVE DAYS after he received it !!! How in the heck can that be justified????

    Easily >>>>>>

It was still an injury that was known about before the fight by at least the USADA. Spinning it around to avoid the illogical proceedings for Floyds self diagnosed dehydration shows a strange love for an athlete and a strong case of denial. This is exactly what Lance was doing, with the same doping agency, and nobody wants to admit it. Sad.

But both Freddie & Manny said they informed the NSAC TWO WEEKS before the fight that Manny was injured & that they had granted the Toradol use.
Beats me how you people cannot see the corruption that is rampant in Vegas with the NSAC & USADA To me its OBVIOUS!!!!

They know he's guilty as are both NSAC & USADA . They are clutching straws in a vain attempt to vindicate a Blatant CHEAT!!!!
