That was absolutely disgusting. Im appalled at round 3 especially. The Judges CLEARLY are suspect in this. The man was landing with CLEAN shots and was not rewarded any oints for like the first TWO minutes. I never realised just how bad this was. How the **** can they do this to a young man who is chasing his dreams? Appaling, i feel for the young Mayweather.

Apologies, if I misrepresented what you said but I'm at work and as you can see from my evidence statement I'm not going through everything with a fine tooth comb.

But I still dont get your point.

Amateur boxing as I'm sure your aware is very different to the pro game. So how can you really compare them? If pro boxing worked on a similar system to the amateurs whose not to say Mayweather wouldnt have lost again.

Simple argument is he did have an amazing amateur career, and has gone on to have an amazing pro career. And I didnt make it clear but when you say things based off this olympic clip doesnt make sense considering that it seems pretty clear that the result can be severely disputed.

You are right........to an extent. Styles do make fights but the great boxers tend to be able to adapt and still pull out wins because they have more than one style. Maybe, currently Floyd has an array of styles which the current crop of fighters cant win against. But hey I would love to see him challenge that theory by taking on the likes of Williams, Mosely and Cotto.

While I'm not diehard for any sports team or individual I am a fan of Floyd (abilities and confident/cocky persona), but I always try to still see things objectively. What, I was hinting at in my last post was that possibly you werent.

No need to apologize bro... I think I came off too strong of a comment without really taking into consideration the possible backlash. I guess we are just some hardcore boxing fans caught in the sport. But yeah, thanks for helping me check myself. I get what you're saying..Just try not to over analyze what I say cause I'm a pretty laid back guy. I'm still up drinking beers. I recognize PBF as a great, I just don't like the way he goes about carrying himself.. Hence my not too well thought of written post..... I do admit my mistakes.

    cheers
Shiet another civilized and resolved dispute! :good

If the original poster is suggesting that Floyd can be beat than any boxing fan knows he can get beat...No fighter is "unstoppable," unless you retire on that level..I mean your still gonna have people saying you didn't fight this or that person no matter who you fought or how you finished undefeated...What I'm sayin though is any fighter can be beat..The video does and shows nothing to support this hoever IMO as this fight was a robbery! Still good to watch that fight again though!

PBF can be great when he lets his hands go. Too bad he went into more of a defensive style. Imagine if he fought the WW crop and let his hands go like before....
