    1. We haven´t seen David at his current heavyweight weight, so noone knows his handspeed at heavyweight.
    2. Haye is 2 inches shorter than Lennox.

that's not what I was getting at, I was saying haye is very tall in comparision to sam peter and judging by his sparring clips shown on sentanta he hasn't lost any speed at all since destroying cruiserweight guy a while back

He wouldnt do that against Haye. Vitali just realized how slow Peter was and how he could anticipate everything he threw. He did that because he knew he could get away with it.

This is ridiculous... I am sure the OP started this thread with humorous intend - and yet so many really seem to jump on the haye train. Haye will have a first test in Barret; a guy that Wladimir dominated in a fashion like Peter was dominated today. You people need to acknowledge the fact that right now the no1 and no2 ranks in the heavyweight division are so clearly held by, well you all know who.

  10. Ha Ha I don't believe this....guys...I'm fishing! I actually posted this because I half expected Haye to come out with something along these lines and more to the point that the vast majority of posters here on ESB who literally swore by Peter winning now coming up with Haye claims as well as proclaiming Vitali as untested! The only thing missing is you all suddenly backtracking and calling Peter a fraud while blissfully forgetting the nuthugging you layed down on him prior to this fight!

And seriously, Surreal Deal, your immaturity amuses me. No doubt you're among that niche that nuthugged Peter who now give Haye a chance.

Considering Haye is probably miles better than sam peter both in conditioning and skill, I don't see why he should fear Vitali.

I predicted a Vitali knockout in about 3 rounds go look at my posts but I still think he was untested, he fought at his pace, did basically what he wanted to and Sam Peter just looked confused and frustrated because he could'nt get inside, it looked as though vitali wasn't pushed at all and until he faces somebody that will force him into deep waters and test how much he still got left he will remain untested, David Haye for me can be a home-run or a complete miss, we'll see how he does against Monte Barrett
