Well, the subject line does say ' This content is protected '... I did the same, deducted a point for wraps, and for the knockdown which was ruled a slip. If the ref would have done his job correct, that's how it would have been. Don't forget the 3 official judges who viewed the tape after the protest, scored it a SD to Geale. If I remember correct, the total points was higher for Geale with those judges.
It is post your scores of the fight, not insert your fantasy interpretation and referee the fight as well. I know it'd ruin your whole Geale fandom but nigh on everyone saw that Choc won. Sox, we have banter but you're clinging to a result that you just invented. :-(
You making up events and circumstances does not enhance the excitement of a Mundine and Geale rematch.
Had it 115-113 to Mundine. There was no robbery and the whole IBO investigation was an attempt at convincing the public that there was one. Very competitive fight. Geale cant attack as square on as he did that night. If he is the impoved fighter we all think he is then he should win fairly comfortably. Sylvester and Sturm were made for him though when you look at what he is good at. Im just interseted to see what he does different this time.
http://www.theroar.com.au/2012/12/18/geale-vs-mundine-2-road-to-redemption/ Geales camp filed a protest and the IBO had three independent judges score the fight, all of whom scored it in favour of Geale. This content is protected Mundine responded by vacating the title.
I don't find the IBO particularly credible but that is from the horses mouth, please it's been 3 and a half years of you being wrong about this fight. Next you will on about the rematch clause.... You can't dock points when you're scoring a fight.... Mate, I know you love Geale. I will be the first with a thread of condolence for you on the 31st :deal
I don't care what other ding bats think of the fight, only what I saw. Sure I can. We'll see, I doubt you'll even dare to show your face here when Mandy is humiliated again.
