Roy beat BERNARD HOPKINS in his first title fight! Eubank is a nobody compared to Bernard.

 

Bhop was a nobody when roy fought him, an inexperienced young kid.

Eubank was a p4p ranked fighter and 2 division champ when calzaghe got him. Also, eubank was shamelessly ducked by james toney, RJJ and bhop.

 

Uh wasn't he ranked the # 1 middle by the IBF @ the time ? And after his loss to Jones when was his next loss ? Oh a decade later ! You really DNSAB !

You said in another thread Hopkins had no amateur career... he was 95-4, Junior Olympic champ, 3 time national champ in prison... Which means you know nothing.

Have you seen the fight between Hopkins and Roy?? That was fought at a very high skill level... Roy wasn't a champ either, that was his first title fight. Bernard was a very good fighter in that fight and didn't lose another fight for years, and went on to be one of the GOAT MW's... Better than a win over an old injured Eubank..

He was a slow starter, and his next like 15 fights after roy are unranked nobodies. Bhop is another guy with a weak resume.

Calzaghe's resume is way worse than either RJJ's or BHOP's. The fact that Calzaghe didn't fight Jones in his prime is the best decision he ever made.

Actually it was RJJ's decision to duck calzaghe in his prime, 3 times. It was a good decision, it held off the complete asswhooping of a life time (11 rounds to 1 joe calzaghe )
