For those in the US that want to watch it LIVE. It's going to be on ESPN3.com, at 5pm eastern. That's the only way to see it live. However, you don't have to settle for watching it on your computer screen. I'll be watching it on a nice big plasma. Here's how: If your computer AND TV have an HDMI port, simply connect a cable between the two, and you can watch live on your TV, instead of the computer. This is what I've done for other internet fights, and it works great. I got a 35ft HDMI cable at monoprice.com for around $30 total with shipping. There are other ways to connect to your TV, even if you don't have HDMI. Just google what you do have, or search youtube and you'll find videos that show you how to set it up. Remember, once it's setup, you can use it to watch ANYTHING (hulu, etc...) on your TV, not just this particular fight....so it's really worth the small amount of money and hassle to set it up. GO VITALI !!!
No problem :good For those that need cables and don't have them, today is probably the last day you can order, and be sure to receive them on time from Monoprice.com.
3-days until the fight! If you are in the US and want to watch live, now is the time to make sure you have access to ESPN3. If you don't, find a friend or family member who does, and will let you take over their computer for at least an hour or so!
I believe zero...that's the way it was for Wladimir-Peter. Start time has moved from 5pm eastern, to 4:50 eastern according to ESPN3.com
I see several questions in various threads about where to watch Vitali - Briggs in the US....right here's your answer.
For those that want a "test run" to see how ESPN3.com works before the fight tomorrow, you can watch Lucian Bute vs. Jesse Brinkley tonight at 10:15 eastern.
