I jog every sunday and my best record is 12.5 mins for 3 km. I am really pushing myself on this one already. After the jog, I am almost out of breath and sometimes need to lay down to cool down faster.

5 miles = 8 km, which if I could sustain my speed above, would take me 33 mins to finish. So 40 mins for a 5 mile run is not that super impressive for a super athelete like Pac.

By the way, I am constantly suffering lower back pains which still hinders me in pretty much all physical activities.

1 mile is like 1 round of horse racetrack. Estimate 1600mtr. So that aint that long

Lol no the average in shape person does not run a 6 or 7 minute solitary mile. Many high school athletes cant do that. I would say the "average person who runs multiple times a week" could do a 6-7 minute mile.

I think he does it more as a routine, also there might be a lot of hills which are not accounted for. If its constant uphill run, thats very impressive.

I would say though that Pac does 12 rounds at top speed so he's obviously very fit and could blitz this in under 6min per mile if he was trying. 3x2min amateur rounds is a lot harder than 5 miles in 40 minutes.
