I agree with you, Maidana pretty much took control from the get go, dropping Broner in the 2nd and he never looked back from there. At no point in the fight did I feel Broner was establishing himself or had worked himself back in the fight. I felt Broner won 2 or 3 rounds at best, to give him 4 is being very charitable.
I can't remember a maidana fight where the other guy didn't have his moments, people that are praising Broner for having a few moments need to put that into perspective. Karass had better moments, I think every major opponent Maidana has fought had better moments than Broner.
...and repeatedly pushing off. Not to mention that there was no warning before taking a point for the "headbutt".
