As long as Oscar didn't get stopped that night he was never gonna lose that decision.

I had Sturm 115-113 but it wasnt a shutout or anything so if were a judge looking to see how Oscar won the round then you would probably find a way.

Does it matter if Strum wasn't aggressive? You just said he was more accurate with his punches; landing more I assume?

Boxing is all about boxing, winning rounds, and looking for the knockout.

I'm a firm believer in a fighter not being penalised for going backwards. Should not make a difference in the scoring. If someone is forcing the fight and looking to get into exchanges; being aggressive, It's taken into account only if they are landing. If a boxerr wants to get on his bike behind the jab, stop and land power punches briefly, then get on his bike all night long..........So what.
