I'm not saying it has any bearing on the upcoming fight but it was interesting to watch. Although Porter had very different approaches to both fights (He attacked Crawford and back pedaled against Spence) There were still a couple moments in the fight where Porters attack was a near identical mirror in both fights.

One thing I saw was that Porter definitely had a lot more "quick twitch" in the Spence fight and he looked bigger in the Crawford fight, both of which I am guessing were strategy.

I don't think there is anything in them that points to one guy or the other winning, it was just really cool to watch them both at the same time and see the approach

Spence fought a less shopworn version of Porter, not that it matters but so much. I agree that it's fun to watch them against a common opponent, tho.

What fantasy is this? Porter took 3-4 rounds at most off Spence. Did the same to Crawford too.

The Porter who fought Spence was a much better version. People are diminished after they get the Spence treatment.

This is the main thing my brain refuses to ignore. Both Spence and Crawford win in impressive fashion, it's just the way Spence beats you affects the rest of your life...haha. I'm exaggerating, but you know what I mean.

Yes, on the other hand, those who lost to crawford didnt even notice it, right? like undefeated postol, undefeated gamboa, undfeated indongo, undefeated horn, undefeated kavaliuskas, undefeated benavidez....

Oh, wait... they all got ruined....

7 years knocking the **** out every single oponent he has fought. Spence will not be an exception.

I never said that, Jesus... No need to be a queen about it ffs. Errol has actually physically broken people and that is at least as significant as TC's KOs.

Physically broken people? I talk about ruined careers of undefeated fighters. Destroying body and soul.

I see fighters more impacted after fighting with crawford than after fighting with spence.

Btw, making the comparisson I just realized that spence has only fought 2 undefeated fighters in the last 10 years. One Mikey, who was just cashing out, there was nothing to ruin there, Mikey just doesnt belong there. And the other one Ocampo, who after fighting Spence won 12 fights in a row. I dont think that Spence is breaking anyone physically, tbh.

Both fighters imo are elite no matter what happens on the 29th, both are beasts and both want this bad. I just happen to think the way Spence gets to fighters and dictates is going to be a greater force than Terrence doing his thing.

As I have said, the oddsmakers don't agree with me, but that is how I see it. I just see a lot of folks here acting like Terrence is gonna walk all over Spence and that makes no sense to me. Beat him? Yeah, but destroy him? That is unlikely.

I know exactly what you mean! Some fighters are just like that when they give you the full treatment you are never quite the same. Azumah Nelson was like that.

Spence aint the same guy who fought Brook, Bundu and Algeri. His non stop pressure style burns bright and fades earlier than Crawford's more technical style. So whilst the Porter Spence fought was better, I'd argue Spence isn't the same now as he was even then.
