Due to some teqnical difficulties. I thought it was a very close fight. Lots of rounds could have gone either way. It seemed to me like Marquez hurt himself. THere were several times when he hurt pacman and then backed off some. HE was tearing the body up with that left hook but he seemed scared to really commit to an attack and that's what cost him the fight. I thought the decision was fair.
Yep it could have gone either way . I scored it 114 - 113 JMM but i was very genourous to him on a few close rnd.
When I first read the title, I was thinking, why, I thought most people only did that when Kellerman is commentating.
:rofl Nah I was being a cheapass and using a sling box from my brother in laws house. I lost sound right befor eth em ain event and at that point I wasn't going to shell out $60 jus tfor the one fight.
It was close, but MARQUEZ clearly won the 11th &12th rounds IMO. I thought the the decision was bogus! It should of been a DRAW or a narrow win for the Mexican!
Fair descision, I don't think there is much between these guys. And they have pretty different styles, which makes it even more interesting. I thought that was an excellent night of boxing! I also thought the way lampley closed it was pretty funny clutch too.
Totally agree, the 11th and 12th round was the difference imo, and I thought Marquez won the fight based on those last two rounds. I don't know how Pacquiao got a 115-112 decision on that one dude's scored. That was a bogus score.
Also I like this thread. It might be the only the deciscion was fair thread in the history of ESB. Nice for a change.
I liked to watch with commenatry but your right about the no sounds. When commentators said something about a guy is doing better than his opponent, even though it was close, fans tend to believe the commentators.
Pac has wobbled JMM on more occassions than the other way around. The cuts really ruined the game plans for both fighters. I wouldn't mind a 3rd fight.
