    Of course, Manny has said many things but he hasn't signed on the dotted line. Arum decides who Manny is going to fight and under what conditions.

    If there is only one thing holding up the fight, why doesn't Manny agree to the tests (in writing) and then everybody will know who to blame if the fight fails to come off?
