Watching Mosley knocking Wraparito out was the most satisfying win of all.

I don't understand why the CSAC would ban Margarito's trainer and suspend Margarito if they did nothing wrong. A bigger question is why wasn't the actions of the CSAC appealed? An appeal would stay the suspension pending the outcome of the appeal and the California Superior Court has reversed decisions of the CSAC before. Arum knew all this yet chose not to file an appeal. I wonder why.

Yeap, if you apply any common sense to the CSAC ruling, you can see the holes in it. CSAC is not a commission to **** with. In the livestream they even threatened Tony that if they cattch him fighting in some dump in Mexico they will ban him in CA. And then they would make the other commissions follow them. These type of threats are just corrupt.

As I wrote before from my memory of that time during the livestream and the threads just after, Tony knew he couldn't win. He didn't speak the language nor is he a citizen. His chances of winning were very very low. He decided to just take the sentence since the damage was done. He'd already lost everything so he had to think about himself and his family versus the possibility of being out of work for a few more years and then losing the appeal on top of that.

Nah... I don't see how that's possible when your misinformed ass can't explain why Margarito's wraps looked that way... this mother****er bypassed the pic and read the article, and believed it..:patsch

Sorry, it doesn't add up. Arum is one of shrewdest operators in boxing. If they had a chance of winning on appeal, they would have filed it. I still don't understand why the CSAC would all of a sudden pick on "poor" Margarito for no reason at all since he hadn't done anything wrong. People believe what they want to. I learned that a long time ago. I wasn't there when Margarito's wrappings were questioned by Mosley's trainer and I wasn't there at the proceedings of the CSAC. However, to dismiss it all as some kind of conspiracy seems pretty farfetched in my opinion.

What does common sense tell you when you look at Margarito's wrap? Are you even capable of answering the damn question?:think

How do you reconcile that they banned Capetillo for life and not Tony. How was Tony not complicit in the act? What did Tony do wrong to deserve a one year suspension while he waited a year for his trial?

Btw, if this is just a charade to set up the why Arum didn't do this or that? Is Arum his lawyer? And if Arum knows things, and they didn't pursue an appeal you think Arum was unaware?? :patsch

If Margarito had filed an appeal, the suspension would have been stayed pending the outcome of the appeal. That is, he could have continued fighting while the appeal was pending. You still haven't answered my questions as to why the CSAC would sanction Margarito and his trainer in the first place if they did nothing wrong.

What do you mean I haven't answered, w t f? That's whatt I've been asking you FLOWMOS since you think he's guilty. He was never lifetime banned yet his trainer was. Why? Why did CSAC let the guilty guy in your minds go with a suspension?

Wouldn't you guys be wondering that? W t f?

Doesn't matter if it was blood you Numb Nutz...point is they were pre used !!!

Capetillo fell on his sword at the hearing assuming all culpability in hopes of clearing the other Rat so he can continue fighting and I'm sure he got a nice "Thank you" from Arum !!!

Funny as hell...the prosecutor chick asked rhetorically "oh, so you accidentally reached into the wrong bucket...how often has this happened "?

She had pictures of his previous opponents and testimony but the judge wanted to focus on that one charge with the evidence in plastic bags on the table.

Both have been dirty for some time...!!!
