It's pretty evident that right after the left hook knockdown that Haye butted Monte on the way up and that seemed to do alot more damage than the left hook that I recalled. I don't know but this has me thinking otherwise now about Haye beating either Klitschko. Initially I thought it was the punches that did all that damage. Truthfully the left hook dropped Barrett but it wasn't as bad as I recalled. And the headbutt right after clearly did the most damage, although it wasn't Haye's fault. It was Barrett leaning over and Haye standing up from a crouch. If you watch this video, watch around the 3 minute mark. Clearly Haye stood up and his head hit Barrett square on the chin, stunning him and then a punch dropped him. Not even a big shot. And Barrett protested after the count. [yt]dEdtB8CZSiY[/yt]
true thats the way it happened, just the knocldown came before the ref could do amything. but everytime haye landed any kind of punch clean, down went monte . and the angle and position it happened only on slow motion, is it clear.
1. Stop replying. 2. Start watching the video. 3. Skip to the 2:40 minute mark. 4. Then post a reply.
Im sure this has been discussed before here, but did Haye legitimately get knocked down in the 5th before Barrett fouled him. Or was it a slip?
Yea I mentioned this before, but if you want to be fair, what was Barrett playing at trying to hump Haye against the ropes.
About 8:40 yes he did. I mean you could argue that it was a slip but it looked to me like the left hook dropped him.
Has Barret given any type of indication or interview about how hard Haye hits compared to other heavyweights?
i cant wait for haye to won the world title to shut dicks like you up. if haye was american they would be going nuts for him
Yeah it was a headbutt from haye but it was not intentionally! And i wanted to say barrett isnt a bum! He was dangerous at all time! HAye just got the killer instinct and floored him!
