Watching the Klitschko v Peter HWT fight the other night made me remember exactly why I hardly ever bother to watch HWT fights anymore.

Vitali looked a good fighter, especially for such a big guy but that Sam Peter looked absolutely ****.

The fact that he was good enough to win the WBC HWT title means Im afraid I cant see myself watching much more HWT fights in the future & I dont think I`ll be missing anything.

    :-(

Wladimir vs Povetkin is the only fight I'm looking forward to right now, of course if Vitali vs Valuev is signed that would be nice as well.

After the Wladimir fight with Povetkin, if Wladimir wins, there is a good chance we will see a fight with David Haye and I don't think anyone would want to miss that one if Haye does good in his next fight or two. If Povetkin wins of course the options become more with either a rematch with Wladimir being considered, a fight with Vitali maybe or even Haye.

Very few options though they're good to look forward to.

There are several good match-ups that can be made at heavy that would be very entertaining:

    Oleg Maskaev vs. James Toney
    Vitali Klitschko vs. Niko Valuev
    Eddie Chambers vs. David Haye
    Alex Dimitenko vs. Tony Thompson
Ruslan Chagaev vs. Juan Carlos Gomez
    Chris Arreola vs. Sultan Ibragimov
    Evander Holyfield vs. Lamon Brewster

Just to name a few...don't give up on the big guys just yet!!

Vitali changes his style with each fight to match his opponent. As a kickboxer he was also awesome. Vitali has a better defense than Vlad, has more power. He is a smart fighter and true warrior.

Think it's fair to say right now that any fight involving Wladimir/Vitali and Haye will attract people, other than those I don't see enough paying attention unless they were undercard fights to be honest.

Toney vs Maskaev is a pointless fight, fans tend to be attracted to fight that can bring something better out of when it's done and whoever wins this one will be completely counted out against any of the champions.

Dimitrenko is rising, so let's just wait on him before making a discussion, these days in this division you need to beat the biggest name available to get attention or you will just be ignored.

Holyfield vs Brewster will never happen and is also pointless to be honest. I haven't heard much about Chagaev since his injury and haven't paid much attention, is he planning to stay active?, he's a good addition.

I think a lot of fans would enjoy seeing all of the fights that I mentioned...I agree that not all of them would make an impact in the division, but why can't we just start seeing entertaining fights made in the heavyweight division? I mean if we're getting fights like Mayorga/Mosley and De La Hoya/ Pac, then why not Maskaev/Toney and Holy/Brew?

Don King seems to be open, for now, for a Vitali/Valouev fight, but I will not hold my breath.

Sam Peter is fat. Peter will never realise his potential being that fat. Peter needs to lose 30 pounds or something crazy like that. Peter should enter camp the weight he fights at.

Good point, though I wouldn't want to see Holyfield mentioned there as he's beyond finished.
