what do you guys think of these. i have shoulder problems and i am wondering if they feel better when hitting them and if they are durable. do they leak easy
We had a couple of water bags in the gym for a few years. Never leaked. It's a good extra bag to have to adjust your punches and also for injury prone fighters. But the douche bags that always hang around a gym, they always leak... usually on the toilet seats... *******s!
