You should drink enough water to stay hydrated regardless. Sometimes you'll feel hungry if you don't have enough water, so I suppose that if you are well hydrated you can avoid that.
Water is essential for athletes, but it doesn't help you lose weight. Drink less energy drinks and more water. That's my advice from my own experiences. Any salts and nutrients that need to be replenished can be in your next meal. Sugary energy drinks are just a fad.
well i sick to non sugar energy drinks.but yeah those can dehdrate too because all the caffine in it.
caffine is one of the worst things you can have in your diet, constricts the blood vessels. It puts alot of strain on your heart and hurts the muscle. It only makes you thirstier anyways.
