......Can understand him wanting a crack at a title...but i'm gutted was really looking forward to him vs Carl.

Have to see what Joe says...can't see him staying at 135lbs. He looks good at SFW.

 

Watson fight will be just as good. I imagine Maloney makes Sykes vs Johanesson straight away.

 

Sykes vs Johanneson would be a good local derby.

Best get plenty of security there though, I'd put my house on it going off at least once.

 

Yeah true...just fancied this would be a barn burner but Watson's not a bad fight to make. Plus i fancy Carl's chances with Sykes...not overly impressed with Gary and Crolla has pushed on a fair bit.

Not all bad i suppose.

 

Should be a decent fight this, I like both boxers but I reckon Watson will be too big & strong for Crolla

I will definetly get tickets to see that fight if it is on in Yorkshire which it really has got to be....Barnsley Metrodome would be ideal. :hey

Cracking fight and a very hard pick for the winner. Sykes has class but not much power and the KO was brutal and although Carl is towards the end of his career he looked very impressive last time out against Watson and seemed able to have him out at any moment he wanted to, the rounds were useful to him though.

 

Anyone know when Gary Buckland is next out? I thought Sykes would fancy revenge after Prizefighter

I think Karen Matthews should be granted a day's compassionate release to witness her fellow Dewsbury resident being chinned by Carl :hey

 

I would certainly go to the Elland road to see the fight but Huddersfield is a **** hole so not keen on going there for the fight.

The only real violence I have seen at boxing was Doncaster folk fighting themselves because they had come with two coaches and only booked 1 to go home on... atsch Kicked off bigstyle.

 

What happened to Rees V Watson?

Good move for Rees though. He would have been beaten second time round, for sure in my opinion.

 

Don't no when he is next out but at the moment he is sparring crolla

 

Interesting, Crolla looks good at 130 and it'd be good if he would stick around there as there is some great domestic fights around the corner. Fair enough if hes been offered this opportunity though. Him and Watson would make a terrific fight.
