Watson gets outclassed. Graham at one point couldn't get people to even fight him.Mccallum beat the hell out of Watson and almost lost to Graham. Watson gets a lot of credit for letting Benn punch himself out and then stop Benn-Graham never gets any credit.
Graham made McCallum look silly for 5-6 rounds, with his gloves below his hips! But he always got sloppy and clumsy in the second half of a fight and would start eating shots, losing stamina. Watson was very strong, persistent and consistent from start to finish, though a little one-paced. No doubt Watson would catch up with Graham after tucking up for 6-7 rounds, and use his extra size, strength and stamina.
Duff had Watson rushing mindlessly against McCallum and only going for overhand rights. Tibbs would've had Watson stay put and look to counter McCallum's right uppercut to the body with a double left hook, or his left hook to the body with a straight right and left hook (because MM liked to move anticlockwise out of range after throwing). With Tibbs I'm sure Watson would've had great success against the mighty McCallum, rather than the mindless rushing one-dimensional tactics that Duff asked for.
