    Yeah he did. You take the chance on 24hr notice when they have that kind of punch power. How healthy was the division back then !

    I seem to recall thinking he looked bigger than Alexander also.
    I had that fight on a tape years ago.

    I was at the Thompson/Haye fight on the same night Alexander fought Takaloo

    Would’ve picked up a world strap in this day and age.

    Simons fight is on YouTube, that guy was huge at the weight...whatever happened to Simons?

    Met him a few years back at the Clev v Krasniqi card - absolute gentleman.

    He could seriously bang - the Takaloo KO was a brutal.

    massive at the weight and weighed less than Alexander, unless Boxrec have it wrong !
