    **** yeah!

"The bidding will take place at 11am on Monday, January 18th" (from fightnews)

I wonder what will happen if Fwank doesn't make the winning bid :think

Khan In Argentina  could you imagine it.

I think they do all they can to win purse bids...that's if Khan keeps belt.

Golden boy and Universum bidding against Warren ..... Should be a good battle

Starting to look forward to this Khan with a bit of pressure on him will bring out the best in him imo. Dare i say it i think he will blow Maidana away and im not really a khan fan.

i agree LHL, i'm telling you guys this will be a comfortable fight for Khan, you heard it here first. this is when khan's jab comes out to play like never before.

their insecurities about taking it are just born out of others concerns.

Maidana isn't anything special. Ortiz lost because he lacked heart and also brains in that fight. Maidana was dropped numerous times and we know Khan's explosive but least Khan will be going in with a banger for first time under Roach.

Ortiz was so stupid it was unreal. Every solid shot he landed Maidana was hurt and throwing bombs back. When i was watching it on fights of the year on sky everytime he landed one i was just thinking why is Ortiz moving in behind each big shot he lands step back let his wild swing miss and finish him off.

Khan won't let Maidana off the hook although when Khan smells blood the game plan goes out the window which could cost him here.

Agreed. Fighters like Maidan, I think, are made for Khan and his biggest attribute - speed.

Well up for a trip to Argentina yeah, when the Lions played in South Africa loads of people were wearing military gear from Zulu but think Falklands might be a bit too soon lol.

Khan would do a number on this fella though so hope it happens.

In all seriousness, GBP winning this bid would be best for Khan anyway, IMO. His debut in America promoted under them would be his best option and would make perfect sense.

I've been saying it as well, Slip. This is a worthy gamble for Khan as it would answer a lot of questions some people still have and I personally feel he has too much for Maidana.

A tougher fight for Khan than some are predicting but Maidana is certainly beatable. However, those who suggest that the Argentine possess too much power for Khan have a very valid point.

I think Roach's influence on Khan which, in my opinion, has turned him into one of the best defensive fighters in the World, will be the difference here. Maidana could knock Khan out cold but I don't see him getting a chance to.

It's a perfect fight. Dangerous but winnable.

Personally feel Warren will say Khan 'being held ransom by the WBA' or something like that, and relinquish the belt.

we all know, Warren's a WBO man  unfortunately Bradley's got that...
