I never thought I'd see a day when I thought the WBO was more legit than the WBA. Oh, but iiiit's heeeeere.

 

At this point the IBO to me is more ligit then the WBA.

The only reason I don't want Gamboa to drop the WBA belt is so he an fight John.

Not that ABC's really matter but the 'true' WBA champ is Chris John. He was the champion then promoted to 'super champion'
We then had a new 'regular champion' who Gamboa 'unified' with, without beating Chris John

 

And WBA strap is supposed to be the O.G of the titles.

Did you ask why their website says it hasn't been updated since 2009?

Also tell them to come up with better ways to choose who gets a title shot, throwing darts at pictures and pairing up who the darts land on isn't working out too well.

 

It's certainly the best of the 4.

 

IMO The Ring as always is the most accurate. They have the champion as vacant with 1-3 being occupied by John, Gamboa & Lopez.

Compare that for example with IBF, who has Gamboa at 1, Garcia at 2 and de Leon at 3.

Why not just move PdL up one?

 

He is in recess, because hasn't defend his tittle in over a year, he is being injured, Gamboa is the legitime IBF Champ and the WBA Champ until CJ can defend his Belt.
