WBA is trying to clear up the title mess right? Allotey vs Islam for 154 interim

So much again for the WBA's empty words, cleaning up the "Super", "Regular", "Interim", "Unified" belt mess they created by once again ordering a fight for the vacant "interim" 154 belt between Patrick Allotey (#13) and Kanat Islam (#4) for October 29.

The hope for back to one champion thing has been abandoned by most boxfans for a while now, but it even looks like back to one champion per organisation is too much to ask.
