He's been stripped a while. An interim champ has to defend his title once every 6 months and Ortiz hasn't fought since March .

    I am so ****ing confused.

WBA starts ordering fights between interim, regular and super champions because they want a single champion in each division. Or at least thats what they have stated, yet:
Chagaev retired and vacated his regular WBA belt.
Fury vacated his WBA Supersayan belt.
Ortiz gets stripped of his interim title and thus removed from the rankings. Ortiz was the #1 contender.
Lucas Browner goes to court and gets cleared of his PED accusations. Browner was the regular champ but got stripped due to the supposed failed test.
Wladimir vs Joshua is approved for the WBA super belt... not ordered or scheduled but "hey, if ya´ll want to fight, ya can have our belt"
Browner vs Steroid Man is ordered for the regular belt. Why Browner? Because he got unjustly stripped. Steroid Man? I have no ****ing clue. Both Wlad and Ustinov are ranked above him and are available for a fight...
AND FRES ****ING OQUENDO IS THE MANDATORY!!!!
****, i even heard that he had announced his retirement...

    wba is an absolute joke

they will put anyone they choose

    to fight for the title

im thinking who ever beats oquendo

down the line has to fight haye

    according to their rankings

Lol... I'm confused. Did they strip him 2 or 3 times for the same cotton candy belt? Ortiz should open a strip club.

In a way I'd be tempted. But I just don't trust Scott's chin. Even if he outboxes Ortiz for 5 rounds, he gets caught just once and its night night

This sets up the mouth watering scenario of Haye beating Briggs for the belt then defending against Oquendo then holding out for a Joshua fight. Could be 2 years ahead of stalling, out of ring drama, pull outs, media stunts, talk and hypotheticals.

It is a worthless title anyway.
