WBA Suspends Shannon Briggs For Failed Drug Test (VADA Saves Another Life)

It's only a 6-month suspension. The Champ will be back after that no doubt.

 

Who cares? He's an ancient and only fights bums anyways. Doubt this will deter him one bit. Would be totally down for Briggs/Browne in Monaco or something though. Neither have anything to lose at this point.

Guys probably been doping for the better part of two decades now, to the point where I wouldn't be surprised if he dropped dead sometime in his 40's like Kimbo Slice. Always being on gear like that is going to kill you. He's probably moved onto HGH like most other athletes, which is supposed to be less toxic. But what do I know.

 

It's next to impossible to know who's doing PEDs but there are some guys who just scream roids and Briggs is about as blatant a case as you can get. Joshua is another, but because he's the current golden boy of the sport he'll remain protected. The whole thing's a massive sham really.
