I'm not particularly a fan of either. Pirog is my favourite MW, followed by Martinez.

Also Barker > Macklin.

 

I'm not gonna support someone because they're from the same country as me. I ,dont rate Macklin. I will never support Khan either because he is an abhorrent little ****.

Asikainen was shot when he fought Macklin. Every body knew he was gonna get beaten easily. He only had a slight punchers chance.

acklin was supposed to fight Pirog for an eliminator. What was the cause for Macklin not taking that fight?

 

Pirog wanted a world title shot and got it pretty soon after.

 

It was Pirog pulled out because he felt he would get the shot without having to fight Macklin and turns out he made the right decision.

 

I think we can safely say Pirog would have comprehensively beat Macklin. So it worked out well on both sides.
