Bit confused here...Klitschko can't fight for the IBF right cause hes not top 15? Also Klitschko is not wbo or wba champ, nor is he number 1 in the rankings. How is he allowed to unify when hes not champ? I thought Joshua needs to either fight a top 15 IBF or unify with 'another' champion.

Am I missing wether Klit is being reinstated for the WBA, because WBO rules state (apparently) that, a vacant belt needs to be fought over by 1 and 2 ranked guys?

The IBF thing is kinda insane. Their decade long champion got completely removed from their rankings 3 months after losing his championship.

The titles will all be split and we'll be longing for the days of a unified but "boring" champion
