That isn't VADA doing anything. All VADA does is test and disclose the results of said test as they are supposed to.

I remember the first Kovalev vs Pascal fight, Pascal was throwing a tantrum because he wanted him and Kovalev to be tested by USADA for their fight, Pascal was even saying he was willing to pay for Kovalev's test and Kovalev didn't want anything to do with USADA and instead offered VADA which was way cheaper and Pascal didn't want to hear about it and wasn't willing to pay the test if it was VADA.

So the question is, for someone who claims to want a clean sport, why are you willing to pay more money to an agency that his known to be shady when there is a cheaper alternative that is known for catching guys ?

It's obvious that the cheaters choice is USADA. And more food for thought, VADA's scientific advisor is none other than Don Catlin. When he chose to head up VADA, that meant he chose not to be a part of USADA. He's also been quite critical of USADA's machinations.
