please,can anybody tell me what the hell is going on with the wbc? will oleg maskajev defend his title and if yes against peter or whom? what will happen after that? does the winner have to face the mandatory and if yes who will it be? klitschko or mccall or even gomez? this may sound zynical but i ask you for real? what is wrong with the wbc? since lennox retired from boxing the division is sick and i wish there would be a man to unify the titles!
The WBC allowed there to be two seperate flyweight champs for over a year, even though in their rules the interim and full champ must fight at the first possible chance. Pong defended his full title 3 times and had 3 non-title fights during the time Arce reigned as interim champ. Jorge Arce defended his "title" 4 times between him winning the interim and him moving up to supeflywhilst Pong was still the official champ. There are many other examples of this happening, not just with the WBC. The WBC just loves money thats all, especially now they had to payout Rocchigiani. They will drag this Peter-Maskaev-Mcall-Vitali thing out as long as they can to collect as much sanctioning fees as possible.
