    I know they have been a farce for 50 years and Rob your rankings are great but its just the gall of the WBC to go to the point where they arent even keeping up the premise of being straight - just now its the yea we are doing that and dont give a **** what the fans outside of mexico want



    The WBC has 3 middleweight title belts and the guy who won the main one is not defending it but defending another one whilst fighting for the vacant one. LOL


    My bro who is a casual / more than casual fan asked me about this fight and was it for the middleweight championship. I said well yes....but you see....kinda (cue head shake from him) We know the top guys in each division - just holding the sport back so much nobody else does!

    so they stripped Martinez of the WBC championship, gave it to interim WBC champion Zbik, and now they're having Martinez fight for the diamond championship

    They're suing Pac and Arum for unpaid sanctioning fees.

    30k allegedly owed for the JMM fight (second one) and 50k for the Oscar fight.

    I thought Pac-Oscar was non-title? :huh

    probably for the 'diamond' belt or something ridiculous. basically they say we are appointing this fight a title fight! thats $50,000 please!

    if it wasnt true it would be hilarious


    One thing to be said for Mayweather, is that they tried that **** on him and he said thanks but no thanks. mosley or marquez?
